This drawing depicts a home across from Battery Park, overlooking Fort Sumter in Charleston, South Carolina, When I drew this scene, I measured using my thumb and transferred the measurements to the page so that anyone could look at this drawing would readily see that its dimensions are in nearly perfect symmetry with the original. I really wanted to portray and accurate representation of “A Slice of the Good Life.”
